A leading London-based private capital and real estate law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join on a contract basis during an exciting period of growth and major initiatives planned for 2026. Working closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director and BD Managers, the role supports a wide range of marketing and business development activity, from day‑to‑day partner support to high‑profile firmwide projects. The successful candidate will gain exposure across digital marketing, CRM, events, pitches, directories, campaigns and client programmes, collaborating with partners, fee earners and the wider marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting business intelligence, reporting and trend analysis
- End-to-end coordination of BD and marketing events
- Producing high‑quality directory and awards submissions
- Assisting with pitches, proposals and marketing collateral
- Supporting campaigns, digital content and social media activity
- Maintaining CRM data and relationship intelligence
- Contributing to cross‑practice client and sector initiatives
About you:
- Minimum two years' BD experience in professional services (law firm preferred)
- Strong writing, organisational and communication skills
- Experience supporting pitches, events and submissions
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Highly IT literate, with CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- Interest in private capital and real estate
