  • Oversee delivery of: US individual tax compliance (1040s and related filings) and UK personal tax reporting.
  • Lead on advisory work across: Cross-border tax planning and structuring, residency, domicile and mobility matters, wealth planning, trusts, and succession considerations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Support and develop junior team members and contribute to team growth.
  • Play an active role in business development and client acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in US/UK private client tax, ideally at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.
  • Qualifications such as EA, CPA, ATT, CTA or equivalent.
  • Proven track record managing HNW and internationally mobile clients.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border tax issues for individuals.
  • Experience leading client relationships and delivering advisory work.
