This is a broad, hands-on role with real scope to take ownership and develop it as your own. You'll sit within a collaborative marketing and BD function that has genuine buy-in from senior leadership, a team that values fresh thinking and offers exposure to colleagues across London and internationally.
What you'll be doing:
- Contribute to and deliver marketing and BD plans across key real estate practice areas and priority sectors
- Develop pitches, capability statements and presentation materials, including supporting firmwide RFP and panel responses
- Coordinate internal and external events, including webinars, seminars and client receptions, with responsibility for BD targeting and ROI
- Manage legal directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) and write award entries
- Support PR activity, internal communications and social media coordination
- Produce and maintain marketing materials and publications
- Lead CRM awareness and manage client communications
What we're looking for:
- Solid marketing and BD experience within a professional services environment (legal background desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A CIM qualification or relevant degree is beneficial but not essential
