The Role

Reporting to the Bids Manager, you will

  • Manage and support a wide range of bids, proposals, tenders and pitches, leading on complex opportunities where appropriate.
  • Deliver end-to-end bid project management, from qualification through to submission, presentations and post-bid reviews.
  • Develop tailored, high-quality responses that clearly articulate value propositions and client benefits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance bid quality, efficiency and success rates.
  • Prepare management information and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Finance and other support teams to ensure a seamless approach to opportunities.
  • Support the ongoing development of bid capability across the business through coaching, training and sharing best practice.
  • Draft, edit and proofread compelling bid content with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
