I am currently partnering with one of my international Law Firm clients to assist with the search for a Partnership Tax Senior to join their in‑house tax function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in personal tax, corporate tax or partnership tax who is looking to broaden their exposure across UK and international compliance.
Working as part of a collaborative tax team, you will support the firm’s global tax obligations, liaising with external advisors, finance teams and tax authorities to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with UK and international tax compliance, including income tax, corporation tax, partnership tax, VAT, tax relief claims and tax provisioning.
- Liaising with tax authorities regarding partner and entity tax matters.
- Working closely with offshore finance teams and external accountants to support global compliance requirements.
- Reviewing annual tax and statutory deadlines and maintaining an accurate compliance calendar.
- Preparing and calculating tax payments.
- Requesting certificates of tax residence for withholding tax compliance.
- Experience preparing personal, corporate or partnership tax returns.
- Studying towards or qualified in CTA / ATT / ACA / ACCA, or qualified by experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Confident user of Excel with strong numerical skills.
- Organised, methodical and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
