I'm working with a London-based property consultancy that is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity as they launch their new two-year strategy, offering a rewarding role in a firm that truly values its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement the marketing plan, ensuring core objectives are achieved.
- Act as the deputy for the Marketing and Business Development Director when required.
- Lead the rebranding efforts and new website launch.
- Take ownership of social media channels.
- Develop and manage an events programme.
- Draft brochures and capability statements for clients.
- Provide pitch support with a focus on the private sector, enhancing presentational content and professional appearance.
- Play a pivotal role in developing and managing the new website.
- Lead meetings, driving their sector and service collaboration groups.
- Manage internal communications to ensure best value, commitment, and account management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a construction, property, or engineering consultancy environment.
- Track record of delivering multi-channel marketing programmes and producing compelling content tailored for the channel and audience.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey key messages concisely.
- High attention to detail, with a strong sense of initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in interacting with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign. Adobe InDesign skills are a plus.
