Overview

My client is a leading Big 4 Firm that is looking to bring on International Corporate Tax Advisory Managers and Senior Managers to join its market-leading advisory team in London.

This is a fully advisory-focused role offering exposure to some of the largest multinational businesses in the world.

You'll work closely with senior international tax specialists on complex cross-border tax matters, M&A transactions, global restructurings, and international expansion projects, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex international tax landscape.

This role offers an excellent platform for someone looking to deepen their international tax expertise, work on high-profile transactions, and accelerate their progression within a leading global advisory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex international tax advisory projects for multinational clients.
  • Advise on cross-border restructurings, M&A transactions, and international expansion strategies.
  • Provide guidance on areas including Pillar 2, CFCs, anti-hybrid rules, financing structures, and IP planning.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on strategic tax matters.
  • Work collaboratively with specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support business development activities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior members of the team.
  • Manage project delivery, budgets, and overall client service quality.

Qualifications

  • ACA, CTA, ATT, CA, or equivalent qualified.
  • Strong corporate tax advisory experience with exposure to international tax matters.
  • Good understanding of cross-border tax issues and international structuring.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
  • Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience coaching or managing junior team members.
  • Interest in working with large multinational and international businesses.
