We are hiring for an experienced recruitment professional and leader to spearhead the launch of our new Human Resources recruitment practice. Following a record-breaking year, we are excited to be expanding our existing client offering by establishing a new division in HR. The division will support our existing and long-standing clients in the legal and professional services sector. The lead for this division will have autonomy to develop the area with the direct support of the Managing Director for UK & Europe.
The opportunity as part of our growing team includes:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing high-calibre clients and candidates from leading international legal & professional services firms.
- Develop deep market expertise within the HR practice in Legal & Professional Services space.
- Build a marketing leading reputation with Chief People Officers and Human Resource Directors from existing legal & professional services clients.
- Work in a high-performing, collaborative team that values success, integrity and working together to build trusted relationships with their clients and wider network.
