One of my top law firm clients are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role is pivotal in providing commercial and financial insights to key stakeholders, including Partners, Fee Earners, Business Managers, and the Senior Finance team. You will play a key role in reporting, budgeting, and supporting strategic projects that enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate financial analysis and support monthly reporting requirements.
- Prepare standard monthly and weekly reports for stakeholders and produce ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Assist with annual budgeting, reforecasting, and 3-year planning processes.
- Collaborate on projects to automate reporting using tools like Power BI.
- Build strong relationships across the business to support financial initiatives.
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, ideally within professional services.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
