An experienced Events Manager is required to support the planning and delivery of a busy events programme on a short‐term fixed‐contracts basis. The role will manage a diverse range of events, from intimate client dinners of around 10 guests through to conferences of up to 100 attendees. Working closely with the events and wider business development teams, the Events Manager will ensure all activity is delivered smoothly, professionally and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- End‐to‐end planning, coordination and delivery of events
- Managing logistics, suppliers and on‐site delivery
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to meet event objectives
- Supporting additional ad‐hoc event projects as required
A four‐day working week will be considered. This role suits a confident, hands‐on Events Manager who can quickly embed into a team and manage multiple events during a particularly busy period.
