This is a hands-on position supporting the end-to-end delivery of both in-person and virtual events. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a seamless attendee experience while enhancing brand visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering firmwide events and programmes
- Managing event logistics, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Supporting event marketing, including invitations, communications, and promotion
- Assisting with content creation such as agendas and materials
- Maintaining the global events calendar
- Delivering post-event analysis and identifying process improvements
The role may involve occasional extended hours and some travel.
About You
- At least 2 years' experience in events and/or marketing (professional services experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
