This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to join a highly collaborative team, broaden your exposure, and step into a genuine leadership position with a fast-track progression plan.
This is a broad, client-facing position with exposure across multiple service lines, including Accounts, Audit, and general tax advice. This is not an audit-focused position, and not a specialist tax position, but rather looking for a talent all-rounder and advisor. You will work closely with international clients, often supporting overseas parent companies establishing or scaling UK operations, providing both strategic and operational guidance.
You will also play a key role in:
- Supporting cross-border engagements alongside legal, tax, and advisory specialists
What Makes This Role Different
- Clear pathway to Partnership (6-12 months)
- Truly varied role - no siloed service lines
- International exposure across global markets
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams (legal, tax, advisory)
- Opportunity to travel globally for client engagement
- Strong retention and collaborative culture
- Growth hire, not a replacement
About You
- Circa 5-10 years post-qualified experience
- Generalist skillset across audit, accounts, compliance, and advisory
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, energetic, and keen to progress to Partnership
Why Join?
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to:
- Escape a stalled progression path
- Step into a broad, commercially focused role
- Gain exposure to international clients and cross-border work
- Secure a realistic and short-term route to Partnership
