I'm currently working with a top law firm who are hiring for an experienced CRM Manager to join their firm to take ownership of the firm's global CRM function and play a key role in how the business manages and grows client relationships by managing the firms technology, processes and insight necessary to strengthen client relationships and enable data‐driven business development across the global firm.
This is a broad, hands‐on role with significant visibility, offering strategic input, system oversight, stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to influence firmwide adoption and best practice.
The Role
- Work with the Head of Marketing Operations & Digital to deliver the firm's CRM strategy.
- Turn strategic priorities into practical, measurable action plans and adoption programmes.
- Advise senior stakeholders and support consistent global CRM practice.
- Oversee InterAction and Vuture, including upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
- Maintain high standards of data governance and ensure GDPR/PECR compliance.
- Provide insights, relationship mapping and data for key client and strategic growth programmes.
- Support BD teams with client planning, pitches, targeting and segmentation.
- Deliver reporting dashboards and meaningful analytics to inform decision‐making.
- Drive change and embed CRM into day‐to‐day workflows, supported by a network of CRM champions.
- Support offices worldwide, ensuring alignment in standards and processes.
What's needed:
- Previous CRM experience within legal or wider Professional Services
- Hands-on experience of Interaction and Vuture
- Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Previous team management experience
