We're exclusively partnered with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager into its Financial Services practice. This is a high-profile role within a collaborative, partner-led firm with a strong international footprint and a reputation for genuinely strategic, high-quality business development.
The role
Working closely with partners and senior fee earners, you'll act as a trusted BD advisor across both strategy and delivery, with real visibility and influence across the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering day-to-day business development and marketing support to Financial Services teams
- Driving practice planning, campaigns and profile-raising initiatives
- Leading and supporting pitches, proposals and tenders
- Supporting client development and key client programmes
- Collaborating with international BD colleagues on cross-border opportunities

- Experienced BD professional, ideally from legal or professional services
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and able to provide effective challenge
- Commercial, organised and solutions-focused
