A high-growth, internationally focused advisory firm is looking to hire a Director with a clear and structured pathway to Partnership within 6–12 months. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to join a highly collaborative team, broaden your exposure, and step into a genuine leadership position with a fast-track progression plan.

This is a broad, client-facing position with exposure across multiple service lines, including Accounts, Audit, and general tax advice. This is not an audit-focused position, and not a specialist tax position, but rather looking for a talent all rounder and advisor. You will work closely with international clients, often supporting overseas parent companies establishing or scaling UK operations, providing both strategic and operational guidance.

You’ll also play a key role in:

  • Supporting cross-border engagements alongside legal, tax, and advisory specialists

What Makes This Role Different

  • Clear pathway to Partnership (6–12 months)
  • Truly varied role – no siloed service lines
  • International exposure across global markets
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams (legal, tax, advisory)
  • Opportunity to travel globally for client engagement
  • Strong retention and collaborative culture
  • Growth hire, not a replacement

About You

  • Circa 5–10 years post-qualified experience
  • Generalist skillset across audit, accounts, compliance, and advisory
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, energetic, and keen to progress to Partnership

Why Join?

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to:

  • Escape a stalled progression path
  • Step into a broad, commercially focused role
  • Gain exposure to international clients and cross-border work
  • Secure a realistic and short-term route to Partnership
