I'm working with a leading top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice looking to appoint a Manager‑level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory‑led restructuring work rather than process‑driven insolvency.
What You'll Work On
- Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
- Cashflow management and liquidity planning
- Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
- Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
- Exposure to complex, high‑profile administrations (where appropriate)
The role is predominantly advisory‑focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds‑led and London‑facing mandates.
