This is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of the firm's next phase of growth, offering the chance to shape and embed a truly global pricing function. You will:

  • Design and deliver a global pricing strategy aligned to the firm's growth ambitions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across leadership, finance, and business development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a globally consistent pricing strategy, balancing regional market nuances
  • Lead on complex pricing for major client pursuits, panel appointments, and cross-border matters
  • Partner with BD and client teams to structure compelling and commercially sound proposals
  • Establish and enhance pricing governance, policies, and approval frameworks
  • Provide insight on profitability, margin, and pricing performance to inform decision making
  • Drive innovation in fee arrangements, rate strategies, and alternative pricing models
  • Lead and grow a globally distributed pricing team
  • Oversee pricing tools, systems, and analytics capabilities to support scalability
