This is a hands-on position supporting the end-to-end delivery of both in-person and virtual events. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a seamless attendee experience while enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering firmwide events and programmes
  • Managing event logistics, budgets, and supplier relationships
  • Supporting event marketing, including invitations, communications, and promotion
  • Assisting with content creation such as agendas and materials
  • Maintaining the global events calendar
  • Delivering post-event analysis and identifying process improvements

The role may involve occasional extended hours and some travel.

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in events and/or marketing (professional services experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach
