I am partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an eBilling Analyst to join their dynamic finance team based in Leeds.
Reporting to an experienced eBilling Supervisor, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional team player to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely actions for uploads, rejections, resolutions and reconciliations.
- Ensure all SLAs are met, and escalation processes are followed.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure consistent client service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to prioritise workloads and pre-empt potential issues.
- Identify and implement solutions with measurable results.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior team members.
- Attend monthly meetings with Collections to review aged AR
Requirements:
- Proven eBilling and reconciliation experience across various file formats and systems.
- Strong process orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and data input accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team oriented.
