I am partnering with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an eBilling Analyst to join their dynamic finance team based in Leeds.

Reporting to an experienced eBilling Supervisor, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional team player to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timely actions for uploads, rejections, resolutions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure all SLAs are met, and escalation processes are followed.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure consistent client service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to prioritise workloads and pre-empt potential issues.
  • Identify and implement solutions with measurable results.
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Attend monthly meetings with Collections to review aged AR

Requirements:

  • Proven eBilling and reconciliation experience across various file formats and systems.
  • Strong process orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and data input accuracy.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team oriented.
