I am delighted to be partnering with an exceptional global law firm in their search for an eBilling Manager to join their London office. Leading the global eBilling team based in London, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced eBilling Manager looking for their next role.

Day duties of the role:

  • Led enhancements to the firm\’s eBilling hub for major clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, system compatibility, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversaw a team of 8 eBilling specialists, delivering training, guidance, and regular performance reviews.
  • Ensured timely and accurate invoice submissions across multiple client platforms (e.g., Serengeti, CounselLink, Tymetrix, BillBlast), maintaining firm-wide consistency.
  • Established and refined best practice frameworks for eBilling operations across EMEA and APAC, supporting scalability and uniformity.
  • Proactively identified and implemented process improvements to boost automation and operational efficiency within the eBilling function.
  • Managed billing timelines to meet client service level agreements (SLAs), reducing financial exposure and ensuring compliance.

You will need experience in:

  • Experience in managing/supervising an eBilling team.
  • Experience with elite 3e and the eBilling hub is beneficial.
  • Ability to balance busy workloads.
  • Over 5 years\’ experience working in eBilling.
