A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support its Financial Institutions client portfolio. This role is central to strengthening senior client relationships, accelerating the sales cycle, and driving profitable revenue growth across priority accounts.
Working closely with relationship partners, global client teams and business development colleagues, the Client Relationship Manager will develop and execute targeted client plans, identify high‑value growth opportunities, and deliver first‑class client relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving strategic account planning, white‑space analysis and opportunity spotting
- Supporting complex business development initiatives, cross‑selling and new work streams
- Managing client engagement, feedback programmes and relationship meetings
- Supporting pricing, fee negotiations, panel arrangements and proposals
