Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a dynamic and proactive CRM Executive to join their Marketing & Business Development team in London. This role focuses on supporting business as usual and long-term strategic projects on their CRM system, Intapp OnePlace.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and client management efforts through insights, data analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high levels of system, data, compliance, and best-practice standards.
- Continuously improving training programs and incorporating case studies and success stories.
- Keeping training and self-service materials up-to-date.
Experience with CRM systems, ideally using OnePlace or Salesforce, is required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are also essential.
