I\’m working for a leading law firm, on an exclusive basis, who are seeking a Client Development Manager to join its dynamic Business Development team, focusing on its high-profile Financial Services (FS) clients. This is a true client development and account management role – not just internal coordination – offering the opportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders and make a tangible impact on client growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key FS clients across the firm\’s global network.
Partner with Relationship Partners and client teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Be the driving force behind client intelligence sharing, market insight generation, and cross-sector opportunity spotting.
Lead initiatives that bring the full breadth of the firm\’s expertise to clients, ensuring relevance, value, and long-term partnership.
Collaborate with BD colleagues to create client-centric campaigns and propositions that respond to market developments.
Champion best practice in relationship development, working with central teams to refine tools, processes, and systems.
What\’s needed
Proven experience in client relationship management or business development within a legal or professional services environment.
A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth.
