I am working on an exciting opportunity with an established accountancy firm. The team has grown to 20 members, making it one of the fastest-growing teams within their business. Candidate must have at least 6 months experience working in deals. The Transaction Services team collaborates with corporate, private equity, and banking clients on acquisitions, investments, and financing. This role is perfect for someone with transaction services experience looking to accelerate their career while contributing to our team's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Partner, Directors, and Managers with buy-side advisory services and preparation of financial due diligence reports.
- Plan and execute Transaction Services assignments as agreed with the Manager/Partner, keeping them informed of progress.
- Manage your time and costs effectively to stay within budget, reporting to the Manager/Partner if the agreed time budget is at risk.
- Understand the assignment's specifications and commerciality agreed with the client, reporting any necessary changes to the Manager/Partner promptly.
