Are you ready to take the next step in your Pricing career and make a real impact? We have partnered with one of our global law firm clients in the hire of a new Pricing Manager OR Senior Pricing Manager. This is a growing team so they are open to levels but this will be a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and help shape commercial strategy through data-driven pricing decisions and stakeholder collaboration. In this role you will work closely with leadership, influence strategic decision-making, and contribute to high-impact projects across the business. You will gain exposure to complex pricing models, client negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives - all within a supportive and innovative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across BD, Finance, and Legal teams to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Lead pricing analysis for key client proposals, panel reviews, and fee arrangements.
- Provide guidance on alternative fee arrangements and profitability modelling.
- Support the development of pricing tools and frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional pricing initiatives.
- Participate in client conversations and pitches where pricing expertise is required.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and reporting.
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in pricing, ideally within professional services or a legal environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of profitability drivers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with pricing tools, modelling, and Excel-based analysis.
- Collaborative approach with confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting client proposals or fee negotiations is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional:
- Working Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (35 hours/week, 1-hour lunch)
