Are you an experienced events professional looking for a high‑impact, part‑time role? I’m currently working with a leading law firm who are hiring for an Events Manager (job‑share) to join their London‑based team. Working Wednesday to Friday, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a calendar of high‑profile in‑person, hybrid and virtual events.
As Events Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple events at once - translating strategic objectives into exceptional client experiences. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, creative teams, client development and operations to produce events that are polished, engaging and aligned to the firm’s marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full event lifecycle - from brief to concept, planning, execution and post‑event reporting.
- Create event and campaign plans, manage invitations and guest lists, and oversee digital event builds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling event content, messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and management.
- Oversee logistics, rehearsals, production and on‑site delivery to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain event performance data, analyse results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and introduce tools, technologies and best practices that enhance event quality.
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members and contribute to resource allocation within the team.
- Build strong internal networks and stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure all events meet required health & safety and compliance standards.
About You
You’ll bring experience from a similar events role within professional services, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying calm under pressure. You’ll be solutions‑focused, detail‑driven and an excellent communicator - comfortable advising senior stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly. Experience with virtual event platforms (such as EventsAir or Webex) is an advantage.
