Working closely with senior sector leaders and partners, you will play a central role in setting and delivering sector strategy, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring momentum across key UK and international markets. This is a hands‑on role where you will collaborate across marketing, communications, bids and aligned sectors to shape commercially focused BD activity and support the firm's wider expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on sector planning, helping shape the international strategy and drafting the UK country plan, then taking responsibility for delivery.
- Drive pipeline development and support new client wins, working alongside bids and new business teams.
- Strengthen existing client relationships through cross‑selling, internationalisation and improved client mix.
- Raise the sector's profile in high‑growth market segments and manage BD activity aligned to emerging market developments.
- Work with marketing and service line teams to shape legal solutions that reflect client and market needs.
