About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Brand and Design Executive to join a creative in-house design team within our law firm client. Reporting to the Senior Brand and Design Manager, you’ll work on a wide range of projects — from digital campaigns and event collateral to reports, presentations, and social media assets. You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the firm’s visual identity across all touchpoints, contributing both to day-to-day design delivery and larger strategic projects. No two days are the same — one moment you’ll be designing a microsite or brochure, and the next you’ll be developing creative concepts for an upcoming campaign.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a variety of materials, including brochures, reports, presentations, event signage, and digital assets.
  • Create and maintain brand templates and design systems using Foleon, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support campaign work, internal communications, and social media visuals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing and BD to deliver creative, on-brand solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic design projects and ongoing brand development.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For

A creative, hands-on designer with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, collaborative approach. You’ll be comfortable juggling multiple briefs and enjoy contributing ideas that push design forward while respecting brand tradition.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in design, ideally within a professional, corporate, or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with Foleon and Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency.
  • Experience producing both digital and print materials.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  • Background in financial or professional services design environments (desirable).
