We’re exclusively partnered with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager into its Financial Services practice. This is a high-profile role within a collaborative, partner-led firm with a strong international footprint and a reputation for genuinely strategic, high-quality business development.

The role

Working closely with partners and senior fee earners, you’ll act as a trusted BD advisor across both strategy and delivery, with real visibility and influence across the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day business development and marketing support to Financial Services teams
  • Driving practice planning, campaigns and profile-raising initiatives
  • Leading and supporting pitches, proposals and tenders
  • Supporting client development and key client programmes
  • Collaborating with international BD colleagues on cross-border opportunities
