A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Business Development & Communications Manager to drive client engagement and market profile around its responsible business agenda.
The role will:
- Develop and deliver a strategic responsible business client engagement programme.
- Build relationships with priority clients through events, campaigns, alliances and tailored opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen responsible business messaging and client relationships.
- Support senior spokespeople with positioning, content, social media and external speaking opportunities.
- Lead content initiatives, including podcasts, campaigns and events, and track engagement and ROI.
- Contribute responsible business insight and messaging to pitches and wider business development activity.
- Collaborate across BD, marketing and communications teams globally, using data and AI tools to improve impact.
The ideal candidate
- Proven business development experience within professional services.
- Strong understanding of inclusion and wider responsible business issues, including sustainability, wellbeing and social impact.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial, client-focused and confident working with senior professionals.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with experience using client and pipeline data.
- Proactive, creative, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
