A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to support growth across its Energy & Infrastructure practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders and international BD teams, the successful candidate will help deliver strategic business development initiatives, client growth plans, pitches, campaigns, and market‑facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of BD plans aligned to practice and firm‑wide growth objectives.
  • Contribute to client targeting, cross‑selling initiatives, and opportunity identification using market and client insights.
  • Assist with pitches, proposals, panel submissions, and other business‑winning activities.
  • Maintain BD materials, credentials, case studies, directory submissions, and market intelligence.
  • Support events, campaigns, client initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing technology, and data tools to support pipeline management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development within legal, professional services, or a similar environment.
  • Exposure to strategy implementation, pitches, and client development activities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
