Bid Manager – Leading Property Consultancy
I am looking for a dynamic and motivated Bid Manager to join a leading property consultancy. This role can be based in various locations, including Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, or London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bids for public and private sector clients.
• Support opportunity identification and early positioning for strategic bids.
• Conduct market research, stakeholder profiling, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain and update bid materials, including case studies, CVs, and client references.
• Coordinate the bid process, including kick-off meetings, quality reviews, and approval meetings.
• Produce high-quality written content tailored to client needs.
• Promote best practices in bid management and work winning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across regions

Requirements:
• Experience in the construction industry and public sector bidding.
