We are working with a highly respected accountancy firm seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA or ACCA professional who is passionate about delivering high‑quality audits and developing leadership skills.
About the Role
As an Audit Senior, you will lead audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors such as hospitality, property, media, technology, entertainment, and not‑for‑profit organisations. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing audits, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and complete audits in line with International Auditing Standards.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts under UK GAAP/FRS 102.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Supervise and mentor audit trainees, reviewing work and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified (ideally first‑time passes) with practice experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven audit experience across varied clients.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work both on‑site and remotely as part of a hybrid team.
Hybrid working – at least 2 days in the office per week.
