We are working with a high-caliber and multinational hedge fund to recruit for trading application support talents.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company’s multi-process trading systems.
- You will gather requirements for, test, and implement changes to the internal systems.
- You will work with developers for software release, and with infrastructure teams.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trading support.
- Expertise in linux/unix, shell, and bash scripting.
- Detailed practical knowledge of FIX and familiarity with native exchange protocols.
- Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL).
- Working knowledge with TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump, clocking (PTP, NTP), and Kdb+ is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and excellent communication skills.
