Were looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to play a key role in supporting and leading activity across a range of projects and categories. As Senior Procurement Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex projects and negotiations, ensuring value for money and strong supplier performance.
  • Supporting the development of sourcing strategies that reflect our environmental and social values.
  • Using data and analysis to inform planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and systems.
  • Supporting and sharing knowledge with the procurement team, stepping into a leadership role when required to ensure continuity and progress.

Were looking for a Senior Procurement Officer with:

  • Previous experience in the role, including sourcing, contract management, and supplier engagement.
  • ACIPS qualification(or equivalent), with a strong understanding of public procurement principles.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to solve problems and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools and systems to support activity.
