I am delighted to be partnered with a global law firm in their search for Working Capital Assistant Manager. The role sits alongside three other assistant managers and is an excellent steppingstone for a senior revenue controller looking for a step into management. Daily duties of the role include: Develop, motivate, and coach team members. Mentor team members to problem solve and become future leaders. Monitor team performance to ensure top service. Ensure high service standards to enhance the department’s reputation. Lead a team providing efficient billing and collections support. Build strong relationships to pursue billing opportunities and accelerate collections. Collaborate with Assistant Managers to resolve queries using team knowledge. Manage staffing issues collaboratively and consistently. Ensure billing and collections comply with SAR and VAT/GST regulations. Liaise with SAR Reporting Accountants for audits and address audit points. Execute controls timely and accurately per firm policy and SAR.
