What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality VAT advisory services across a varied client portfolio.
- Advising on complex VAT issues, including cross-border transactions, VAT planning and risk management.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships.
- Supporting senior leadership on technical VAT matters.
- Identifying opportunities for additional advisory work and cross-selling services.
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior members of the VAT team.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Keeping up to date with VAT legislation and sharing knowledge across the team.
What We're Looking For
- ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong VAT advisory experience gained within practice.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK VAT.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience leading and developing junior team members.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
