Job Description

Ambition is excited to be working alongside a top 25 Accountancy practice that is keen to grow their valuations team further. The Valuations specialism in the firm has grown exceptionally in the eighteen months since its original inception to comprise 6 people, within a wider team of c. 20 people.One of the key responsibilities for this role will be executing a full suite of valuation engagements, including for tax, contentious, commercial, and financial reporting purposes. Responsibilities:

  • Perform valuations of shares, businesses, intangible assets, share options and certain other business assets.
  • Planning and carrying out assignments to a high standard, taking ownership of your work and running every assignment in accordance with the firm's and the profession's professional and ethical standards.
  • Liaising with clients to understand value drivers and obtain relevant information.
