NEWLY created Senior Commercial & Pricing Manager role available at global law firm. AS the Senior Commercial & Pricing Manager role you will be leading the operational output of all pricing & commercial practices across the Group Finance team. You will be manage a team of Managers and Analysts tasked with optimizing profitability across the firm. Specific duties include: Work alongside Partners and Clients to agree competitive and compelling financial offerings that support their commercial strategy and leverage leadership and expertise in order to shape commercial best practice with stakeholders across the firm Team leadership – Lead and motivate a team of pricing professionals (Manager / Analyst grade) Responsible for work allocation, mentoring and, in limited cases, review of commercial proposals before being issued to business stakeholders Pro-actively champion pricing best practice, both within the immediate team and around the network.
