Senior Business Development Manager to support their fast-growing

Digital, Data, IP & Technology (DDIT) practice.

This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to shape and deliver global business development initiatives for one of the firm's most dynamic and innovative practice groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners and BD leaders to drive client engagement, enhance market positioning, and support the firm's long-term growth strategy.

This role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and marketing leadership across global and local levels.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in professional services BD, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Lead and deliver strategic BD plans for the global and London DDIT practice, working closely with partners and sector teams.

Manage proposals, pitches, credentials, and legal directory submissions, ensuring consistency and quality across jurisdictions.

Develop and implement client targeting, cross-selling, and CRM programmes, using market intelligence to identify new opportunities.

Provide strategic advice and coaching to partners and lawyers on BD best practices, and support onboarding of new senior hires.

Oversee and mentor BD team members, ensuring effective collaboration across global offices and support functions.
