Ambition are proud to partner with a Big 4 firm that are looking to grow their South West division by making a Restructuring Manager hire in either their Bristol, Cardiff or Reading offices.This team can offer truly meritocratic progression, and this is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Restructuring Assistant Manager looking to step up or a Restructuring Manager looking to propel their career in a globally recognised firm. This is an opportunity to work in a tight-knit team where you\’ll be able to build close relationships, whilst retaining all the usual benefits of working for a global firm.You will be working closely with the Partners and senior management on both restructuring advisory & formal corporate insolvency engagements. This will include, but is not limited to: short-term cash flow reviews, independent business reviews and formal corporate insolvencies (mainly Administrations – both trading & pre-packs).Depending on the size and type of project, you may be part of a project team or lead a smaller team yourself, with all the support you need from peers and senior team members to help you learn and develop in these roles.They\’ll want you to be active in establishing and nurturing relationships – both internally with different specialist teams across the firm and externally.
