A leading UK advisory firm is looking to appoint a Restructuring Manager to join its well-established Restructuring, Pensions and Debt Advisory team, based in London. The team works on a wide range of complex restructuring and insolvency assignments, including high-profile UK and international matters. Operating within a national platform, the role offers exposure across multiple sectors and the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and dynamic assignments in the market. The Opportunity
As a Restructuring Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of advisory and insolvency assignments with minimal partner involvement, while also playing an active role in business development and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency casework
- Supporting Partners and Directors with pitches, origination, and business development initiatives
- Leading and delivering complex projects, including independent business reviews, short-term cashflow reviews, contingency planning, accelerated sales processes, and insolvency appointments (including pre-pack administrations)
