A growing and well-established insolvency and restructuring firm is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its busy Milton Keynes office.
Due to continued growth, an increasing caseload and internal team expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for an insolvency professional looking to work on a varied portfolio of complex corporate assignments while receiving full support towards professional qualifications.
The Opportunity Working within an experienced and supportive team, you will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure, while assisting on a range of larger and more complex assignments.
Unlike many firms where work is heavily focused on straightforward liquidations, this role offers exposure to a broad mix of restructuring and insolvency appointments, including: Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) Pre-pack administrations Trading administrations Complex insolvency cases involving director loan accounts and investigations Corporate restructuring assignments The office regularly undertakes higher-value appointments, with administration cases often generating fees between £50,000 and £100,000.
