Ambition is partnering with an international professional services firm on a unique Senior Manager opportunity within its newly established London office. The business has an established and highly respected presence overseas and is now in the early stages of building out its UK offering, but already has an established team. This creates a unique position where you benefit from the backing, credibility, and deal flow of a larger group, while also being part of a growing, entrepreneurial team locally.
The role offers a genuinely diverse workload, including a mix of formal insolvency, advisory, and more complex or sensitive engagements, allowing for broad exposure and long-term development. What sets this opportunity apart is the growth agenda. The senior leadership team is focused on building capability in London and is particularly keen to hire individuals who want to progress, take on responsibility, and grow with the business over time. There is a strong emphasis on merit-based progression, with no rigid structure around advancement.
- Newly established London team with strong international backing
- Broad and varied case exposure (mixed formal insolvency, some contentious and restructuring advisory work etc)
- Opportunity to join at an early stage of growth and make a meaningful impact
- Clear scope for progression as the team expands
This is a genuinely unique opportunity in the current market and not something easily comparable to more traditional roles.
