A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Client Programme Manager to join its Client Development team on a fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on embedding a culture of client excellence and strengthening strategic relationships across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Client Development & Relationships, the successful candidate will lead on key client programmes, including account management, client listening, intermediary relationships, and alumni initiatives. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth and enhance client experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and evolve client listening programmes, ensuring feedback drives actionable insights
  • Develop and implement best-practice frameworks for client targeting and key account management
  • Oversee strategic account planning to increase client engagement and revenue growth
  • Support and advise partners on managing client relationships and maximising opportunities
  • Drive intermediary and alumni programmes to strengthen referral networks
  • Champion effective use of CRM systems and client data to inform decision-making
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and presentations to senior stakeholders and committees
  • Line manage and develop team members within the client development function
About you:
  • Proven experience managing key client or account programmes within professional services
  • Strong track record of advising senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
  • Experience designing and implementing client relationship and account management frameworks
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and client data strategy
