I am delighted to be partnered with a Global law firm in their search for a Senior Billing Coordinator to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience legal finance professional to join a great firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of billing activities, including: Responding to requests for billing-related information using Excel and firm-standard reporting tools. Generating proformas and issuing invoices in line with client terms and discounts. Managing invoice reversals and issuing credit notes when required. Handling time modifications such as transfers, edits, and narrative amendments. Responding promptly to queries in the London billing inbox. Working closely with lawyers, clients, and administrative staff to provide accurate billing reconciliations and receivables information. At least four years' experience in a billing role within a law firm or professional services organisation. Proficiency in financial systems such as 3E and Microsoft Excel.
