My client is seeking a Group Business Manager to partner with senior leadership and drive financial performance, insight and strategic decision-making, sitting in one of the firms practice groups. You sit directly within the business, working closely with Group Heads and leadership teams, and taking full ownership of financial performance. This is a step up from traditional Finance Business Partnering into a more proactive, autonomous role, with full accountability for shaping and leading financial management rather than simply supporting it.
