I am currently partnering with one of our International Law Firm clients, on the recruitment of a Accounts Payable Assistant. This role is a temporary postion, for a fixed term period of 6 months. My client are looking for someone who is early in their career/ at Graduate level, looking for their first role in Legal Finance and eager to learn and grow. coding in line with firm policy and compliant with VAT regulations. Reconciliation of supplier statements against the purchase ledger, liaising with internal Posting of professional disbursements to client files to enable a timely billing of such. payment of disbursements in line with the SRA Accounts Rules. Processing of staff expenses, ensuring appropriate approvals, accurate coding and a timely Reconciliation of office credit cards and all direct debits.
