A growing and well-respected restructuring and insolvency practice is looking to recruit insolvency professionals across a range of levels, from Junior Insolvency Administrator through to Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on experience and grade, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the administration of insolvency appointments.
- Managing a portfolio of cases from appointment through to closure.
- Working on CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs and Compulsory Liquidations.
- Preparing statutory documentation and reports.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Conducting investigations and asset realisation activities.
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
- Supporting business development and client relationship activities at senior levels.
- Managing workflow and assisting with team management responsibilities at Manager level.
Candidate RequirementsJunior Administrator
- Interest in insolvency, restructuring or professional services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Administrator / Senior Administrator
- Previous corporate insolvency experience.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Strong understanding of insolvency procedures and statutory compliance.
- Experience drafting reports and stakeholder correspondence.
Assistant Manager / Manager
- Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure.
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Experience reviewing the work of junior staff.
- Excellent client management and leadership skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
