A leading UK accountancy firm is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join its growing team in the West Midlands. This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and make a real impact in a firm known for its innovation and ambition.

  • Support the origination of new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region
  • Lead proposal development and support regional campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to regional BD strategy

Proven experience in professional services business development and/or Marketing. Commercially aware with excellent project coordination abilities.
